Kristin Winer
Kristin has a wide range of experience in financial, human resource and operational management.

Her background includes roles in engineering, strategic planning, and financial management at Walt Disney World, leading her own CFO/COO consulting firm in Central Florida and in operational management at the University of Vermont in Burlington. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. Her certifications include a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and a certificate in Bargaining Unit Contract Administration from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

From organizing the accounting and finances of a business to developing job descriptions and training staff, Kristin is resourceful and adaptable to any business culture and development stage. She has written full business plans for start-ups and coached long-term executives in achieving improved cash flow and inspiring positive productive corporate cultures. She is an expert in developing and analyzing financial statements, building budgets and forecasts, and constructing pro formas for new business development. From a human resources perspective, Kristin has experience across the spectrum from organizational development and compensation analysis and planning to labor union contract negotiations and employee handbook policy development. She is also a practiced educator in management, employment, compliance, marketing and social justice/cultural awareness topics at the university-level and in corporate/business environments.
